Moore Genuine Care in Augusta, Wisconsin is a privately owned Home Health Care Company licensed by the State of Wisconsin. We provide services to help individuals stay in their homes throughout Northwestern Wisconsin including the counties of Eau Claire, Chippewa, Clark, Jackson and Trempealeau. We're only 1/2 hour from Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls.  We also operate the Genuine Care Adult Family Home Facilityfor advanced aged and developmentally and physically disabled individuals at this location.
 

Our staff provides Home Health Care to people who want to remain in their homes. These services include bathing, dressing, grooming, reminders or assistance with medications, wound care, range of motion exercises, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, meal preparations and integration into the community for individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Registered Nurses work with your physician to ensure that you are receiving "Just what the Doctor ordered!" The RN's train the Nursing Assistants to provide you with top quality care using the latest methods in home care.

• Nursing Assistants help to provide you with bathing, dressing changes, meal preparations, light cleaning, medication assistance or reminders, assistance with feeding, laundry, transportation to doctors' appointments, and good old fashioned companionship, such as card playing, reading, help with writing, and baking

• Social Workers/Case Managers work closely with the RN's, County Social Workers and Nursing Assistants to ensure that your every need is met.

• Our Staff is certified in CPR, Medication Administration, First Aid, Fire Safely, Dietary Training and a variety of other areas.

Our Staff is available 24 hours a day for those unexpected emergencies that occur.

Genuine Care Adult Family Home Facility, located at 711 Anderson Street in Augusta, is licensed by the State of Wisconsin for Advanced Aged, Developmentally Disabled and Physically Disabled Individuals. This home was designed for handicapped individuals, with wider than required doors and hallways, a wheel chair shower, as well as tub shower and 4 private bedrooms.

The owners have 30 years experience in the health and medical field, including Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, Home Care Administration, CBRF, and Adult Family Homes.
